What We Need: Highly organized billing specialist responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of billing data. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational, and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. What You'll Do: Ensures proper control, recording, and classification of transactions. Call/Email stations to obtain billing reports from all clients, each month. Uses appropriate systems and tools to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects, and respond to inquiries. Reconcile billing reports received from client stations to sales contracts. Research and resolve billing problems or issues. Ensure all issues are documented and followed up until resolved. Protects the organization's reputation by keeping information confidential. Communicate any significant issues/variances to proper management. May provide documentation from accounting records in support of company information audits. What You'll Need: Qualifications Fast and accurate data entry skills. Excellent communication skills working with other team members and client stations. Experience in Client billing, preferably in media and/or advertising agency. Organization, time management, and prioritization abilities. Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Willing to take initiative to identify problems and provide solutions. NetSuite experience preferred.
