What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Processor position at Kadoch Law Group?
Real Estate law office in Plantation is looking to hire a full time Title Processor.
Applicants need to have comprehensive knowledge of closings (pre and post closing). The ideal candidate should have a vibrant and outgoing personality with excellent COMMUNICATION SKILLS due to heavy interaction with clients, realtors, lenders and attorneys.
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in title processing!
The ideal candidate for this position must:
1) Handle Title Processing from A to Z, and be able to clear and cure any title issues raised in the commitment and lien search.
2) Be extremely organized
3) Be able to correspond with clients, real estate brokers, lenders and attorneys;
4) Must have comprehensive experience in drafting deeds, affidavits, hold harmless agreements, HUD, CD's, etc.
5) Know how to research public records, and record documents post closing.
6) knowledge in Qualia software is a Plus.
