Kaeb Sales, Inc is a family-owned business that has provided innovative milking and manure handling solutions within the dairy industry since 1989. We currently operate out of eight offices across five midwestern states, and maintain a small, tight-knit team.

What you will do:

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment
  • Routine equipment maintenance
  • Provide after-hours support to customers
  • Install new equipment
  • Communicate with customers
  • Work individually and with others
  • Maintain and operate work vehicle
  • Other duties as assigned

  • High mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to communicate with tech support
  • Read and understand prints, diagrams, manufacturing packets and manuals
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Preferred skills:

  • Welding (Stick, Mig, Tig)
  • Basic electrical knowledge
  • Computer systems
  • Refrigeration and air compressors
  • Basic plumbing
  • Ability to operate heavy machinery
  • Self-starter

Physical requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
