A typical day in this role looks like…

7:20am – arrive at the shop for morning huddle meeting with the team

7:30am – leave the shop and head to the jobsite in the company trucks

8:00am – arrive onsite and discuss the production goals for the morning

10:00am – mid morning huddle and goals update

12:00pm – lunch

12:30 – review the morning goals and set out afternoon goals

2:30pm – mid-afternoon check-in to update operations on tasks completed today, what the team will need to prepare the labor/materials for the following day.

4:00pm – review the day with the team including goals achieved or missed

4:30pm – arrive at the shop to clean out the truck, load materials for the next day and head home!

Rarely work Saturdays (We like our Saturdays off and know you do too!)
