Job Description: Are you a sales dynamo with a passion for hospitality? As our Area Sales Manager with focus on the Association Market, you'll play a vital role in driving revenue growth by securing group bookings and delighting clients with your expertise. From crafting proposals to nurturing client relationships, you'll be the driving force behind our success.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to sales inquiries and generate customized proposals to meet client needs.
• Prospect for new group business opportunities and maintain a pipeline of leads.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to target key market segments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery to clients.
• Represent Kahler Hospitality Group at industry events and trade shows.

Supportive Functions:

• Participate in the Manager on Duty program to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Utilize systems like Delphi and CI/TY to support sales efforts.
• Maintain CTA Certification and support charitable events sponsored by the company.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel and attend industry events as needed.
