Job Summary

This is a newly created position reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Finance, and is responsible for day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage AR/AP communications including billing and collections.
• Process vendor payments and apply cash receipts to customer accounts.
• Set up and maintain vendor and customer profiles in accounting software and ensure all required information/documentation is obtained and filed.
• Record expense entries to projects/departments.
• Support month-end close with preparation of reclass and allocation journal entries to projects/products, as well as preparation of cash settlements from partnership deals, in addition to account reconciliations.
• Support in special projects as assigned or necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business related fields
• Experience working with Excel, Google Sheets
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Highly organizational and able to prioritize deliverables, as well as multitask
• Good communication skills and customer oriented
• Ability to work independently and monotonously
• Must be a team player
• Proficiency in Korean language preferred but not mandatory
