We have experienced EXPLOSIVE GROWTH in our current markets - PA, NJ, VA, MD and plan to expand in 2024. We are looking for dynamic sales leaders to join us as we open more offices along the east coast.

The Role in Sales

Immediate Openings - Join us as a full-time sales representative and embark on a journey beyond your current role. Our training encompasses our product range, equipping you with skills in interactive sales presentations, communication, negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving. This role is a stepping stone, offering the education and experience for continuous career development. You will start off in our industry leading, time-tested, and rigorous training program where you start to master the 4 key ways to prospect and our in home sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting dynamic sales presentations on eco-friendly and green solutions with homeowners
  • Engaging in regular sales training and coaching sessions
  • Fostering team growth and mentorship
  • Self-Generate Leads through various techniques such as cold calling, networking, social media marketing, and door to door

  • Self-driven, disciplined, and career-focused
  • Eagerness for learning and skill development across diverse career paths
  • Innate sociability and enjoyment in interacting with people
  • Preferably holding a BA/BS degree
  • Must have a Valid Drivers license

Compensation Details

$5,000 Fast Start bonus

Unlimited commission and bonuses

Potential earnings: $75,000 - $200,000 annually

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
