Administrative Assistant
Job Posting for Administrative Assistant at Kaiser Garage Doors and Gates
Kaiser Garage Doors & Gates, Inc., is looking for top performers and innovative thinkers as we continue to grow. We currently have a great career opportunity for an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in the construction industry, entering sales orders and scheduling. They will also have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as an ability to develop relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Filing
- Answering phones
- Assists the accounting department
- Taking payments (cash, credit cards and checks)
- Assists the billing supervisor
Qualifications
- 3-5 customer service experience
- Quickbooks experience preferred
- Construction Industry experience and knowledge is preferred
- Attention to detail and problem solving.
- Excellent telephone, written and verbal communication skills while interfacing with all staff and customers
- Working knowledge of PC’s and related software including MS Office.
- Basic math skills required.
- Willingness to learn product and processes.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
