Customer Service

*Kakawa Chocolate House in Santa Fe, NM is looking for one customer service person to join our 40 person strong team. We are located on 1050 Paseo De Peralta. Our ideal candidate is *
*Answer any questions the customers may have *Assist Customers in preparing their orders - including making chocolate drinks, packing orders and using POS register to complete transaction *Filling in and inventory control *Cleaning work area regularly to maintain a tidy and sanitary work environment

Qualifications

*Friendly attitude even when dealing with challenges or unhappy customers *Must posses a strong work ethic and dependability to maintain scheduling commitments *Team oriented mentality and ability to work well with others *Ability to problem solve customer concerns or problems quickly and with patience *Good communication skills with customers and other employees

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $16.00 - $18.00/hour.
