Job description
· Maintain book keeping database and records, updating information as needed
· Prepare general ledger journal entries related to accounts receivables
· Process Accounts receivables invoices and data entry
· Process Checks, ACH, online and other batches to collect payment from customers
· Coordinate with customers on discrepancies and resolving queries
· Responsible for generating revenue growth through new customer relationships
· Assist Internal/External audit when required
· Perform other assigned tasks
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Create invoices according to company practices, submit to customers, etc.
· Keep a record of all customers related data base and update in system as well
· Working closely with accounting or financial professionals to manage all records
· Responsible for all discrepancies in customer’s database
· Assist in generating statements based on the Ledger v/s sub-ledger and reconciliation
· Managing all admirative tasks like filing, printing, reporting, mailing etc.
· Ability to work independently in fast paced environments
· Create reports regarding current status as instructed
· Responsible to identify delinquent accounts by reviewing corresponding details
· Ability to forecast the work needs and interacting professionally with customers
· Responsible to perform other tasks as assigned

Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Associates or Bachelors’ degree in accounting preferred
Work experience: At least two years of related experience required
