Responsibilities:
- Participate in our training program to learn the art of crafting various hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, blended delights, and teas.
- Maintain a tidy and inviting workspace that reflects our commitment to excellence and warmth.
- Greet customers with a friendly smile, take their orders accurately, and create a positive first impression.
- Embrace health and safety guidelines to ensure safe beverage preparation.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and promptly restock supplies to keep everything running smoothly.
- Engage with customers, answering questions about our menu offerings and preparation methods.
- Collaborate closely with our team to provide exceptional service, especially during busy periods.
Qualifications:
