B-Lux Culinary Supervisor

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions delivers a waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-themed resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center. 

We are inviting you to apply for the Culinary Supervisor position. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the B-Lux Grill & Bar kitchen operations. You will contribute to the success of the resort through consistent & timely completion of production, preparation, & menu items as ordered. As a culinary supervisor you will work very closely with the chef & associates on duty to maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, & professionalism.

We do require that are a minimum of 2-3 years of kitchen operation experience in a supervisory role along with 3-5 years of cooking/ kitchen experience. State law or local regulations may require a certificate upon completion of state-certified proper food handling certification. Serv Safe Food Handler/Food Manager Certification are required.
