The goals of this position include creating a grade-appropriate program and class environment favorable to learning and personal growth; establishing effective rapport with students; motivating students to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for elementary grade education, in accordance with each student’s ability; and establishing positive relationships with parents and other staff members.
