Job Description: Aides executive in staff capacity by handling a wide variety of situations involving the administrative and operational functions of the office. Manages executive's calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence. May also monitor executive's budget, as well as research and prepare departmental reports.
**Onsite in Buffalo, NY**
Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree, or a minimum of three years in a similar position is required.
- Five to seven years related experience in administrative positions of increasing responsibility is required.
- Requires a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include advanced functions; Knowledge of Internet and intranet functions; Working knowledge of department specific software.
- Requires the ability to read and interpret documents; Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; Ability to speak effectively one on one or in a small group of employees or customers.
- Requires the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; the Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- Requires the ability to manage a diverse and busy workload, and handle competing tasks; Demonstrated strong organizational skills; Ability to take initiative, handle projects and set priorities.
