As a dedicated In-Home Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in our team, providing structured, strength-based therapeutic support directly where our clients are most comfortable – their homes.
What You Will Be Doing
As an In-Home Therapist, you will:
- Develop and maintain a structured, consistent, and therapeutic relationship with youth and their families.
- Address behavioral health needs through a strengths-based approach, aiming to improve the youth's functioning within the family and community.
- Collaborate with family members and other providers to create and implement individualized goals and strategies.
- Provide direct, in-home support and counseling, adapting to the unique needs and circumstances of each family.
- Educational Background: Possession of a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Education with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or closely related fields.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with children in a therapeutic, counseling, or educational setting.
- Skills and Attributes: A compassionate, empathetic approach to therapy, excellent communication skills, and a drive to make a positive impact in the community. Must be willing to travel as this role requires in-home visits.
- Flexibility and Support: We offer Per Diem positions with competitive hourly rates, benefits, and the possibility of building a full-time caseload. Weekly supervision and professional development opportunities are provided to support your growth and success.
