Job Description: HR Recruiter - Hybrid

Located in Baldwin County, Alabama.

Position Description

Kaliber Management is looking for an HR Generalist that is as excited and passionate about growing with the Company. The Human Resources (HR) Generalist duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database to posting job ads. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. You’ll also assist in creating policies, processes and documents. You should be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure. This is a hybrid position;occasionally, you must come into the office, attend meetings, and communicate with the employees in person.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
  • On-board and train new employees
  • Implement company culture, values and policies
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents
  • Accurately maintain employee files
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database

Requirements:

  • Must be available 40 hours per week depending on the demands of the job
  • Must be knowledgeable of labor and employment laws
  • 3 years of experience with recruiting, training, employee retention, or new employee onboarding preferred
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork
  • Skills in database management and record keeping
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
  • Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule.
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
