The Job:

The successful candidate would work as part of the Location Intelligence Team, specifically analyzing and delivering reports and presentations to Kalibrate clients. Additionally, you will be conducting first-party research either in market (requiring travel) or by using available Kalibrate resources or data. This role is typically held by individuals with 3 or fewer years of experience.

You will build sales forecast and cannibalization analyses, and assist with special projects. You will use both proprietary software and data, as well as publicly available software and data (like QGIS and census data) or commercially available 

software and data (like Microsoft Office and Chain X/Y). You will develop a knowledge of the principles of retail geography, including spatial data concepts and terminology, and standards in data collection.

You should be comfortable in taking on new challenges and have a desire to continually improve processes. You will need to be comfortable working on multiple projects concurrently, manage project timelines without direct supervision, and accept direction from several individuals.

•  Experience with the Alteryx application

•  Experience in, or understanding of the retail, restaurant or fuel sector

• Experience with customers/clients (order taking, interviewing, written

  reports)




 Degree qualified, preferably in a social science, planning or business field
