HIRING for 1st SHIFT!
GENERAL LABORER
Kallibrated Metals is looking for a General Laborer who is looking to advance within the company. Initial job duties will include sorting & labeling parts, operating heavy machinery (tapping machine, drill press, forklift), transporting product for internal use, and delivering finished product to customers. Career progression will include learning to operate press brakes, punch press, laser machinery, and other essential jobs within the metal fabrication industry.
This position has opportunities for skilled training and advancement within the company. Any prior related experience or schooling is welcome but not required. We are looking for a hardworking, motivated person who is looking to learn the trade!
Our ideal candidate would have:
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn a variety of new skills
- A desire to progress as a skilled tradesman within the metal fabrication trade
- The ability to stand and work for 8-10hr shifts
- The ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed

Schedule:
- 1st SHIFT | 8hr shifts during training (Transitioning to four or five 10hr shifts)
- Monday to Friday (When fully trained 10hr shifts allow frequent 4-day work weeks Monday-Thursday)
- Overtime
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
