Culinary Administrative Assistant

Job Type:
Full Time (40 Hours per Week)
NOTE: Full & Part Time opportunities may be available for qualified candidates who demonstrate growth and successful performance & attitude following a 3-month trial
Tasks/Responsibilities:
Facilitate effective communication between the sales and operations.
Scan and meticulously document invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Print kitchen labels as needed for efficient food preparation.
Collaborate closely with operations staff to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Assist in the refinement of payroll processes, including time tracking and record-keeping.
Responsible for weekly payroll input for operation and kitchen team, including freelancers
Update and maintain recipe databases, including portion sizes, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Generate reports and analyses based on kitchen data, highlighting trends or areas requiring attention.
Perform regular audits to verify data accuracy and make necessary corrections.
Ensure data security and confidentiality in compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to provide accurate and timely data for various reports and analyses.
Responsible for data entry on weekly purchase tracker for food beverage.
Work on reporting to provide summary weekly report on Food Cost
Responsible for keeping an updated log on all vendors delivering to the kitchen
Monitor inventory levels and assist in the creation of purchase orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.

Requirements
Legal To Work in USA(SUFFICIENT PAPERWORK & VALID DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED)
Qualifications:
Culinary Experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or hospitality-related education is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or related roles.
Technical literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Drive. Must have a flexible work schedule and be able to accommodate work schedules based on business needs.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of culinary terminology and food safety practices is advantageous.
Preferred:
Experience working in food production, kitchens or warehouses
Well-organized and history of showing initiative
Compensation:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour
