· 8-- 10 yrs of experience in Healthcare industry, having great understand HCP, Medical content, and Medical publishing space.
· Experience in Agile Project Management, Delivery Management, Scrum Master, QA Manager/Test Architect, Solution Architect.
· Strong leadership, Interpersonal, team building and customer relationship skills, Managing/coordinating large scale programs.
· Specialized in leading high-performance teams.
· Accustomed in managing multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environment.
· Experience in Stakeholder Management.
· Experience in Risk Management – Risk Identification, Analyze and assessment, categorization, derive probably, severity and risk score and capture the responses.
· Experience in SDLC life cycle and Experience on various development frameworks like Agile SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Waterfall models.
· Experience in driving end to end project management from Initiation to closure, Planning, Scheduling, Risk Management, Monitoring and control.
