HOW DO WE CARE FOR OUR TEAM?

Our full- or part-time Controller earns a competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000/year. You work a standard schedule from Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with some flexibility available. Plus, this financial position may be able to occasionally work from home!

HOW DO YOU GET STARTED?

All that you need for this full- or part-time financial position is:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 5 years of experience in a relevant position
• Experience managing an accounting team
• Some knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various accounting software

QuickBooks experience would be a bonus! Are you highly organized and analytical? Do you enjoy finding ways to improve and developing the methods to do so? From managing our accounting and budgeting practices to reporting our finances and forecasting our financial future, you keep us on track and set up for success.

Ensuring we comply with all laws and regulations, you develop new ideas for increasing our profitability and improving our finances. You are also responsible for managing our cash flow, ensuring every dollar goes exactly where it needs to be.
