Our large non-profit client is hiring a contract Administrative Specialist to assist their Grants and Quality Training team.
Anticipated end date: March 14, 2025. Hybrid in Alexandria, VA to support in person meetings 2-3 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Assist current staff with execution of the Quality Training Program (QTP) and Care Delivery Grant Programs, including:
- Assisting with QTP Application and recruitment processes (Processing completed applications, facilitating communication with staff and faculty, etc.)
- Assisting with collection and distribution of QTP session evaluations
- Managing, tracking, and maintaining expense, stipend and invoice commitments
- Collecting, collating, and revising QTP faculty materials as needed
- Managing meeting planning process including space, supplies, logistics, and coordination with participants, faculty, coaches, and host site if applicable
- Reviewing, updating, and processing of contracts including quality checks
- Managing updates and maintenance of QTP website
- Managing QTP email inbox and ensure timely responses with input from program staff
- Coordinating weekly team meetings to include agenda
- Coordinating Teams/Zoom meetings including meeting materials
- Organizing shared folders
- Other related tasks as assigned by Senior Director and Grants Manager
Required Qualifications:
• Project Management Proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in virtual meeting software (Zoom, Teams)
Desirable but not required:
• 2-3 years of prior relevant work experience
Salary : $30 - $35
