REPORTS TO Recreation Director, Campground Manager, and/or Operations Manager POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for conducting and leading recreation activities such as arts and crafts, games, social activities, and themed weekends. SPECIFIC DUTIES Be knowledgeable of all planned activities and instructions for participation. Assist with set-up, tear-down and clean-up of activity. Greet guests & encourage participation. Explain activity, techniques and safety procedures. Assist guests with activity when needed and answer questions. Promote an atmosphere of fun! Ability to listen and understand information and directions. Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. Must speak the English language fluently. Aptitude for working with adults, children, and a variety of personalities. Capable of providing customer service with a fun, friendly attitude and a smile. Ability to maintain confidentiality General knowledge of computer and cash register operation. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
