Chief Operating Officer

Kamran & Company is a leading food service equipment provider and design agency. Over the past 30 years, we have cultivated trusted partnership across a diverse set of markets delivering over $1B in construction value. The Chief Operations Officer is a pivotal leadership role within our organization, serving as a strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team and investors. You will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations, implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability, and integrating the acquisition into our company's broader objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the CEO and Board to develop and implement the company's strategy, align operational activities with corporate goals
• Provide hands-on leadership to all operational functions, ensuring efficient processes, exceptional customer satisfaction, and improvements in productivity
• Responsible for the P&L performance, focusing on maximizing profitability, improving asset utilization, and striving for industry-leading performance standards
• Oversee the customer support function, fostering a customer-first mentality across the organization, and maintaining high levels of customer retention and satisfaction
• Define and cultivate the company culture, focusing on hiring, retention, safety, and development of talent.
• Play a key role in operational due diligence and the seamless integration of acquisitions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

Qualifications:

• Deep experience in Foodservice Equipment & Supply
• 10 years operational management experience, with expertise in acquisition integration
• Successful track record driving growth, margin expansion, and managing P&L responsibilities
• Strong leadership abilities with proven team building and coaching skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinker with solid business acumen
• BA/BS degree required, MBA preferred
