We are hiring and want you to join our growing team of 20 skilled operators to assist in our semi-automatic manufacturing facility for intelligent meters.

Job Description/Operator with a focus on quality
You will be a direct part of the build team in our beautiful climate controlled facility. More specifically, you will work with semi-automated production lines responsible for; the set-up, manufacturing, verification, and testing equipment for Kamstrup’s water meters.

- Full-time Hourly (Monday – Friday, opportunity for OT w/ Saturday)
- 1st Shift Hours: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM / 2nd Shift Hours 1:15 PM – 9:45 PM

• Start up and shut down processing equipment
• Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures
• Build product sub-assemblies and final assemblies
• Test products and subassemblies for functionality and quality
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications
• Build and package finished products

• Assist engineers in developing, building, and/or testing prototypes and new products, processes, and procedures
• Monitor and adjust production processes and/or equipment for quality and productivity
• Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance including maintaining clean equipment and work areas

Personality matters/Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for a committed and skilled operator who puts quality and integrity first. The right individual for these positions will be:

• Industrial operator experience with a focused on semi-automated equipment
• Quality focused, High attention to detail, and Willing to learn - Integrity
• Must be Positive Team player, work well within small teams
• Understand and willingness to follow SOP, Quality, and Process
• Ability to work in varied positions including standing, bending, lifting, using light personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
