Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations supporting the sales/ business development efforts for the US
Uses word processing and presentation software to create and edit documents
Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents
Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets
Views and enters data in Salesforce CRM
Research as requested and compiles and summarizes information for reports or presentations
Maintains physical and digital filing systems (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Manages calendars for senior staff, including making travel arrangements
Maintains team appointment calendars
Assists in plans for customer and internal meetings, visits and tours, including coordinating logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering
Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence
Interact with site managers or other staff in order to maintain business development team materials
Prepares meeting agendas and takes meeting minutes
Assist with the creation and maintenance of internal marketing materials including company newsletters
Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations
Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed
Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities
Presents a positive and professional image for the organization
Work Hours and Benefits:
8am-5pm Monday-Friday. 3 days a week in office – Johns Creek, GA (you could say near Emory Johns Creek hospital or Hwy 141 @ McGinnis Ferry as directional guide)
Administrative Assistant Skills:
Digital literacy and research skills, including the ability to analyze the reliability of information
Familiarity with standard office platforms, such as Microsoft Office and Teams
Data management and entry skills, including the ability to maintain and improve filing systems (digital physical)
Accurate record keeping
Written communication skills
Time management, multitasking, and flexibility
Organizational skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Interpersonal skills, professional and courteous demeanor, excellent office and phone etiquette, digital meeting etiquette

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, associate's degree a plus
Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification a plus
Past administrative experience or tenure in an office setting a plus
Requirements:
The qualified applicant must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and be able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment. This position is for a hybrid environment (2 days remote, 3 days in office).
