What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback position at Kanpai Club?
Assist the bartenders with stocking, cleanliness, equipment handling and maintenance. When necessary, run food for our guests. All are carried out to maintain an environment of teamwork and to provide outstanding service to our guests.
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Greet and welcome our guests
- Check the service stations and bar to ensure accurate set-up and cleanliness
- Assist the restaurant dining services (if necessary), when and where appropriate.
- Help perform all necessary sidework, setup, and breakdown of the bar.
- Follow uniform and dress code.
- Clean and change trash cans, fill, and clean ice bins, stock wine, liquor, and other beverages.
- Clean shelving, stainless steel, etc.
- Unpack deliveries, stock bar, and change beer kegs.
Job Type: Full time or part time
Pay: $13-$18 hr (hourly plus tips)
