Summary

• The Department of Natural Resources, DNR IT Custom Applications Section seeks to hire a Microsoft .NET Web Developer III to design, develop, test, implement and maintain features for applications in .NET & GIS in support of Fish, Wildlife and Parks Division (FWP), Bureau of Wildlife Management.
• The developer needs to provide reliable, responsive support and updates to these systems.
• This work requires @35-40 hrs/week for a candidate with advanced developer skillsets and experience.

• Advanced level application development skillsets including Analysis and Development within Microsoft .Net Framework.
• Coding experience in .Net framework, MVC including C#, VB.Net, Javascript and Bootstrap.
• Advanced experience with GIS, especially Esri JavaScript APIs.
• Experience developing applications with Oracle backend databases including experience writing stored procedures and SQL.
• Experience working in Visual Studio as well as Azure DevOps including repositories, version control, and deployments.
• Experience applying Object Oriented Design.
• Experience applying Standard Security methods to custom applications.

• Experience creating web API’s.
• Experience following coding standards and best practices.
