Job Description
- Industry knowledge welcomed but not required, training will be provided
- Travel to job sites and monitor work from conception to completion
- Review work progress daily
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Coordinate and work with vendor partners to keep projects running according to the schedule
- Liaison between the field, project manager, and others working on the project
- Ensure that safety procedures are followed per KAI safety policy
- Ability to look ahead and see the “big picture”
- Represent Kansas Asphalt, Inc. in a professional manner
- Other related job duties as assigned
Required General Skills
- Build strong relationships with customer service satisfaction
- Follow directions and provide written and verbal communication
- Observant and have the ability to raise issues based on urgency to higher-ups
Required Education and Skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Hands-on pavement construction knowledge is preferred, but not required
- Computer skills helpful
