Better Homes and Gardens Kansas City Real Estate is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our Director of Processing and Compliance and real estate agents in our Overland Park office to assist in the processing of contracts, closings and daily office needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communications skills and be able to organize their work using real estate software and MS Office. Ultimately, a successful Administrative Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Works directly under the supervision of the Director of Processing and Compliance
- Detailed processing of real estate contracts and closings for the office
- Answer calls and emails from real estate agents to complete processing
Skills:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator
- Knowledge of office management and real estate systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment to include printers and scanners
- Knowledge of MS Office to include Excel
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Education:
High School diploma required
