Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings for various team members.
Coordinate travel arrangements and handle related logistics.
Assist in promoting the Kansas Electric story by researching potential customer opportunities.
Support marketing activities, including managing the company website, expanding social media presence, creating and sending newsletters, and assisting with other marketing initiatives.
Organize company-sponsored events such as meetings, parties, picnics, and team-building activities.
Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist in presentations as needed.
Handle daily office operations, including answering calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Preferably 2 years of administrative experience in an office setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ERP systems.
Enjoys connecting with people and exhibits a positive attitude.
Ability to create professional written and visual content.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong organization, planning, and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
