The EB Communications Associate is responsible for managing the creation of client deliverables in the Employee Benefits (EB) division by collaborating with EB leadership and service teams to devise communication strategies that enhance client retention. This role involves utilizing vendor relationships and incorporating current market trends to produce effective communication materials.

Essential Functions
Client Deliverables
- Manage the template creation of Employee Benefits client deliverables, ensuring compliance with brand standards and budgetary strategy; utilizing vendor relationships and incorporate current marketing trends.
- Act as a brand manager for Employee Benefits, ensuring all client communications adhere to brand standards.
- Develop a variety of content, such as blogs, presentations, articles, tools, checklists, case studies, and compliance white papers, to educate clients and their employees about benefit offerings.
- Collaborate with EB leadership and service teams to devise communication strategies that boost employee enrollment, encourage optimal utilization of healthcare benefits and enhance client retention.
- Work with clients and service teams to create customized, fee-based client communication materials based on ad-hoc service agreements.
- Collaborate with EB leadership to develop communications related to regulatory updates and healthcare reform.
- Design and conduct client surveys, providing analytics and reports on each survey.
- Establish and maintain an up-to-date resources center of EB communication materials for service teams to access.
Vendor Management
- Stay knowledgeable about third-party technology and software required for completing work, including tools such as Mineral, Zywave, JotForm, Zoom Forth, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365.
- Research and cultivate relationships with third-party vendors to implement cutting-edge marketing strategies and communication pieces.
General Marketing
- Assist in documenting and tracking EB associations and memberships.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams in developing RFPs for current and prospective clients. Maintain a database of relevant and frequently used responses.
- Aid in planning, organizing, executing, and evaluating EB events. Maintain and EB calendar of events and promote them using social media.
- Coordinate with Sales Enablement to ensure alignment between EB marketing strategies and sales and corporate strategies.

Requirements
To be considered for the EB Communications Associate, you should have:
- Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school): Preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Prior marketing development
- Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
- Technical skills in marketing, market research and planning, and promotions/advertising
- Must work effectively with senior-level executives and staff; must also be able to work independently.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.
- Excellent computer skills including all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
- Must have strong customer support orientation for internal/external customers and demonstrated professional demeanor.
