What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Fleet Operations Technician position at Kaptyn?
- Monitors entire Tesla Fleet and State of Charge in the parking garage.
- Monitors and reports on the status of Electric Vehicle chargers. Will Reset, Reboot, & Red Tag vehicles as necessary
- Assists with all Camera installations and Camera repositioning.
- Correctly applies all Kaptyn / CPCN decals to incoming fleet & reapplies decals as needed.
- Assists with the processing of Daily Vehicle Inspection reports and catalogues non-critical issues.
- Assists with all transportation to and from various government agencies and Kaptyn offices.
- Fills bags of ice daily and restocks Ice Machine storage
- Picks up bulky trash items on 2nd floor of parking structure.
- Assists Drivers with bulky trash items left in vehicles.
- Ensures Driver satisfaction and provides professional customer support to guests and staff.
- Performs other related duties as required
