Job Overview:
The position of Field Operations Manager will play a crucial role in the success of Kardie Equipment. This position will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to drive the field operations of the business. Directs and supervises field employees to ensure they are properly utilized to achieve set objectives. Ensures productivity, quality control, and safety measures are followed. Reports to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule field operations employees
- Develop staff to enhance their knowledge and skill
- Monitor field operations employee performance to ensure they perform their duties in a timely and effective manner
- Design and implement operational management systems, procedures, and best practices to guarantee the efficiency of an organization's field operations
- Evaluate progress and manage budgets, communicate to operations management
- Ensure the success of field operations with a focus on customer experience and satisfaction
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration, operations management, or other related disciplines.
- 5 years of field operations experience
- Travel based on business needs

Position Details:
