My client, a top CPA and Advisory firm, is looking for an Audit Senior Manager.
Reporting to an Audit Partner, you will be responsible for the overall planning, organization, and completion of several client audits.
Qualified candidates will have experience with audits of businesses in the HUD and Low Income Housing Tax credits (LIHTC) industry.
Responsibilities include:
Planning and reviewing audits and tax returns for HUD and LIHTC projects along with all required compliance testing
Assist clients with the application process required to receive a reservation of LIHTC.
Preparation of 15 – year LIHTC computations and projections, tax-exempt bond 50% testing/ reporting, eligible vs non –eligible basis analysis and cost certifications required for issuance of IRS form 8609.
Requirements:
CPA and 7 years at a public accounting firm servicing the HUD/LIHTC clients
Projected salary range $170-200k depending on factors such as business development history and portable book of business.
