Construction Manager

Are you an outstanding & enthusiastic Construction Manager looking for the next career opportunity, who takes pride in their position, and ownership of their projects?

Construction Managers at Kartchner help manage multifamily projects from the ground up. You will manage these large building projects and be responsible for all on-site construction activities. This includes managing the schedule, conducting Quality-Complete-Clean Inspections, and managing trades/subcontractors to schedule to ensure a great finished product.

Must Haves:

● Experience with production building

● Understanding of on-site construction activities

● Desire to take ownership of projects and provide quality homes and communities

● Ability to build relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and team members

● Framing experience is a plus!

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
