ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define the product’s vision and goals, identifying a long-term strategy and roadmap in alignment with Kaseya’s overall objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to inform product direction.
- Prioritize customer needs, business value, and resource constraints.
- Identify market trends and emerging technologies that could impact the product's success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify, and address potential roadblocks.
- Provide clear and comprehensive input to development teams to ensure accurate implementation.
- Plan and execute product launches, including creating marketing materials, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring a smooth rollout to customers.
- Collaborate with executives and other stakeholders to ensure that the product strategy aligns with the company's overall business objectives and revenue goals.
- Relevant work experience in Product Management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with technology concepts and a basic understanding of software development processes and design principles are advantageous.
- An understanding of product design principles.
- Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a business, engineering, computer science, design, or related field.
- Preferred: 2-3 years experience with RMM
- Leadership skills for guiding cross-functional teams and driving product success.
