Catering Assistant Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Operations Manager at one of Seattle's most well respected food and beverage Catering companies. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, self-motivated, customer service driven Manager to join our creative team. This position has very good opportunity for advancement, will involve working in our main office, warehouse and at exclusive venues, events, businesses and homes in the Seattle area. We offer a family-team atmosphere with a 'home' team of 10-12 people. We specialize in high quality, fresh, local, made from scratch cuisine and service that creates great memories for our guests.

You have to be creative, energetic, a rock star multi-tasker and a quick problem solver who loves to be hands-on. Applicants must be great at interpersonal and customer service skills that translate to working with customers, vendors, managers and staff. You must be a 'get it done' kind of person who loves details and organization.

As a Assistant Operations Manager, you must have a friendly and energetic personality; be assertive and decisive. This position is responsible for leading staff at our warehouse when prepping for event and our full team of waitstaff and bartenders during off-site events. You are responsible for the setup of events (including schedules), maintaining timelines, acting as point-of-contact for the event hosts, and for ensuring that events run smoothly. This position is responsible for ensuring that the staff properly represent Kaspars.

The position has great growth potential. Compensation depends on experience and includes, a competitive wage, parking, meals, a simple IRA, health plan, tuition reimbursement and performance based bonuses.
