Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Solar Salesperson to join our team. As a Solar Salesman, you will be responsible for driving sales of solar energy systems to residential and commercial customers. Your primary goal will be to educate potential clients on the benefits of solar energy, conduct site assessments, provide accurate quotes, and close sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for renewable energy.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and generate leads
- Communicate with prospective clients to assess their solar energy needs and provide information on available products and services
- Conduct site visits to evaluate the feasibility of solar installation and gather necessary data for accurate quotes
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers
- Provide clear explanations to customers regarding the financial benefits, environmental impact, and energy savings associated with solar energy systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution from sale to installation
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and government incentives to effectively position solar energy solutions

Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the solar energy industry or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with solar energy systems and understanding of their benefits
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry advancements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Relevant professional certifications, such as NABCEP Certification or PV Installer Certification
- Experience in project management of solar installations
