Project Scheduler
Job Posting for Project Scheduler at Katalyst Healthcares & Life Sciences
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, incorporating weekly reporting requirements.
Identify and track project milestones, scope, and schedule!
Conduct critical path and earned value analysis to monitor project progress and identify potential risks
Proactively communicate schedule impacts and mitigation scenarios to the Project Manager/Leader for effective decision-making
Facilitate interactive planning sessions for Engineering work that affects the manufacturing schedule
Collaborate with the changeover coordinator to integrate work activities into the manufacturing schedule
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or a related field
Proven experience in project scheduling, preferably in a bio-pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve project challenges
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
