We work with University hospitals, pharmaceutical companies and recruiting partners.Job DescriptionOverview:The “Contend Development Writer” for the Shift Left/Portal initiative will help execute the overall content development strategy that encompasses all key stakeholders within and outside of the project team. Will meet content development project deliverables and stay attuned to current activities and make course corrections in the content development process to address emerging issues.Responsibilities:Utilizes templates, styles guide, manages quality review; follows governance; and works with a team of analysts, Service/Application owners, DXC/ACCN Tier 2 in developing content.Considers the broader context of how this service relates to other services (user event driven content).Follows the content development plan as part of the broader project plan (components include but are not limited to objective, strategy, tactics, audience segmentation, key messages, measurement, governance, and time & event schedule).Executes content development, review and approval process to meet project deadlines by interfacing with Work stream leads, project sponsors, CI/Application/Service owners, Service Providers, and other key stakeholders to gain approval for content.Follows Client content style guides and processes and procedures.Interfaces with Management of Change Lead, Change work stream and key stakeholders.Requirements:Solid understanding of enterprise knowledge management and support portal (e.g., ServiceNow), information architecture and taxonomies.Ability to translate complex ideas and information into organized, guided resources to enhance end user experience.Understanding of knowledge creation best practices (capture, creation and organization of information across multiple channels.)4 years of direct experience in content development, communications and/or technology marketing or other related marketing positions in a B2B environment.Solid understanding of enterprise knowledge management/support portal, information architecture and taxonomies.Up-to-date understanding of the corporate communications field – techniques, technology, issues, concerns, and methods.Refined skills of grammar and syntax; ability to adapt writing styles quickly and gracefully; good ear for language and finding the most appropriate and effective way to say something.Strong interpersonal skillsAbility to stay on schedule under tight, frequently client changed deadlines.Experience in working directly with key stakeholders, team members, technical experts, and professional staff.Expert experience with Microsoft products – Office [Word, PowerPoint], Outlook, SharePoint, and Expressions [HTML editor].Ability to work under minimal supervision.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
