We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising all aspects of the restaurant, from inventory management, daily checklists, and customer service. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the restaurant industry, with excellent leadership skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers.
Your hours will be Wednesday - Sunday 2pm - 10pm ( or -)
Start date: 4-12 Season Ends: 11-12
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee certain aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, training, inventory management, checklists, and customer service
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of kitchen staff, ensuring that all employees are trained to provide exceptional service and meet performance targets
- Follow policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the restaurant
- Monitor inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed to ensure that the restaurant is adequately stocked and prepared for service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant, ensuring that all areas are regularly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration among staff members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Proven track record of success in restaurant management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional service to customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of restaurant industry regulations and best practices
- Serve-safe certification
- Current liquor control certification
