Dog Walker / Dog Walker/Daycare Attendant

Job Description:

Busy dog training and dog day care facility in need of hard working dog walker/handler. Schedule is flexible for the right person! Great team and work atmosphere! We are passionate about helping people and their dogs. Daily schedule would consist of helping walk all day care dogs, daily feedings, housekeeping such as cleaning crates, dishes, laundry, etc.

Serious inquiries only. Immediate hire.

Morning & Weekend availability preferred!

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience handling dogs
  • High school degree
  • Red Cross Pet First Aid a bonus!
  • Pet Walking, Daily Feeding, Grooming


Ability to lift 50 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Since 1984, Kathy Santo Dog Training has been dedicated to helping individuals and families enjoy better relationships with their dogs. We are located in Waldwick, NJ where we offer puppy, beginner, intermediate and advanced classes, private lessons, play care and boarding.Desired Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of dog handling experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation or means of commuting to and from work
  • Our staff regularly handles strong dogs, occasionally elevating dogs that weigh up to 60 pounds, and are continuously moving over the course of an eight-hour shift. Candidate should be able to maintain continuous physical interaction with dogs of varying activity levels.
