Pet Sitter

Pet Sitting is a rewarding opportunity to care for dogs (and other animals) of all shapes, sizes and breeds. We are seeking part-time help to care for our clients in Kansas and Missouri.

Pet Sitting is a service performed overnight in our clients homes. This is a part time position that would be a great fit for someone who currently has a flexible full-time job, a work from home position or someone who is passionate about animals and wanting to further their career working in the pet industry.

Katie's Kennel's mission is to keep pets daily routines consistent while their owners are away. We have systems in place that provides our team with the tools to feel set up for success while caring for our clients and their daily needs.

This position works off pickup basis to allow our team to select overnights that fit their personal schedule.

This is a commission position with opportunities for monthly bonuses.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18
• Love for pets and experience caring for them
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willing to further your knowledge in the pet care industry by taking continued education courses paid for by Katie's Kennel
• Clear communication skills in person and over email
• Ability to stay organized and use google calendar
• Reliable transportation
• Cell phone with texting and photo capabilities
• Ability to work 10 days per month
• Flexible weekend and Holiday availability required

Responsibilities:

• Staying overnight in our clients homes providing care for their animals
• Communicating with clients over email, text and in person
• Ensure the safety and well-being of pets under your care
• Provide consistent and clear communication with management and clients

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $45.00 - $100.00 per day
