Job Description:
SUMMARY
Support the administration and operational functions of the Navy’s Learning Stack systems related to the daily activities of the project(s) such as internal and external communications, asset management, metrics, and reports.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and maintain documentation using Microsoft Office 365 (i.e., budgetary, training status, project metrics, Organizational Charts and staffing needs, employee status trackers, etc.).
- Monitor and manages all Department of Defense (DoD) training requirements to ensure team members comply annually.
- Deliver a report or findings to all levels of the organization.
- Interface with Government personnel related to employee on-boarding and off-boarding, Navy emails, and other accounts.
- Capture meeting minutes and delivery final version within 3 days after the meeting ends.
- Maintain documentation and record keeping that supports project team members and management.
- Suggest improvements and assists with tasking as needed.
- Maintain Katmai and Government asset control tracking documentation.
- Perform computer inventories as requested and provide inventory reports to management.
- Provide appropriate configuration management to all maintained documentation.
- Ensure timely completion and distribution of required documentation.
- Support all infrastructure areas (information technology, office supplies, vendors, building maintenance, etc.).
- Coordinate with Facility Security Officers (FSO) and employees to assist with obtaining and maintaining security clearances.
- Assist with all personnel hiring efforts, coordinating with HR, administer and schedule interviews, screening candidates, gathering, and storing resumes, and updating Costpoint tracking system.
- Responsible for all external customer and internal team communications regarding the on-boarding of new personnel, and off-boarding of personnel leaving the project.
- Respond to informational requests on behalf the Division Director, Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and Office Manager.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors’ degree in related field or graduate degree in any field; Six or more (6 ) years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelors’ degree.
- A minimum of four (4) years administrative experience in managing and administering the needs of an office environment.
- Working knowledge off all Microsoft Office 365 applications, advanced experienced preferred.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal direct supervision.
- Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position consists of seeing up close and sitting for long periods of time, bending, stooping, crouching, and lifting weights up to 20 pounds. Frequently uses hands/fingers for manipulation of keyboard and mouse. WORK SCHEDULE
40 hours per week with overtime and travel. Will be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignments or projects.
