What are the responsibilities and job description for the Studio Coordinator position at Katy Mobile Studio?
KMS is a team of professional stylists offering a wide variety of services that take place in our newly renovated, contemporary salon in Katy and right at your door. Although we pride ourselves in premium services, we offer a fun, relaxed atmosphere that fuels creativity and collaboration. This position is more than just an assistant to the team and studio. KMS is looking for a motivated, self-driven individual that is open to bringing new ideas to the table, comfortability in social media engagement, and even a hand in marketing. These engaging and diverse responsibilities also come with competitive pay based on experience and development.
Preferred Experience: Administrative/Receptionist work, Customer Service, Familiarity with social media

List of Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, emails, Facebook, Yelp, and Google messages
- Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings
- Prepare communications, such as emails, contracts, meeting minutes, reports
- Copywriting (bridal contracts, invoices, posts)
- Manage inventory count and placing orders
- Filing order invoices, receipts, and all other KMS related documents
- Greet guests checking them in/out
- Collecting deposits and final payments
- Following up with guest experiences
- Participation in Monday team meetings
- Product delivery to home orders
- Inventory pickup at Salon distribution stores
- Social media handling content creation ideas, engagement, DM’s, filming content
- Hand in marketing campaigns
Most work will be in the office but some can be arranged to be remote. No experience in the Industry is necessary as long as you feel your experience can still be applied to this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

Experience:
