Medical Records Clerk

The medical records clerk is an essential member of the healthcare team. The medical records clerk works directly with each department within the organization to establish a smooth and successful transmission of patient documents, file maintenance, ROI authorizations and other essential clerical duties.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or obtained GED; college coursework or significant medical records training preferred
  • One year experience in medical records preferred
  • Assure patient confidentiality and adherence to release of information and other related clinic policies

** Note this position is 95 percent remote with a requirement to attend in person monthly meetings**

**All KTCH employees must be up-to-date on COVID vaccinations**
