Recruiting Intern

Overview

The Woodbury office of Kaufman Dolowich  an AV-rated® firm designated one of the “Best Companies to Work For” among U.S. law firms by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking a Recruting Intern for the summer. The candidate would be joining a growing, dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide.          

Flexible schedule and work arrangement, great for current college students.

Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative functions related to attorney recruitment including but not limited to data entry, maintaining digital files, and editing job descriptions
• Assist Recruiting Manager with scheduling phone screenings and interviews for attorney and staff candidates
• Assist with the following:
• managing recruiting platform
• sourcing attorney candidates for open positions
• law clerk recruiting and be main point of contact with law schools
• tracking employee referral program and Mansfield Rule interview tracking

Qualifications

• An interest in recruiting and human resources
• Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiastic, dependable, self-motivated, and quick learner
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
