Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
Assist with projects as assigned by management.
We are open Monday thru Friday. NO WEEKENDS.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous customer service experience in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
