Kavaliro has partnered with a client in Fort Lauderdale, FL seeking an FP&A Manager

***Hybrid position***

Responsibilities/Job Duties:
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for the entire global organization.
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and objectives.
  • Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis, recommending corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain rolling forecasts to assess the company's financial performance and identify potential risks and opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA required
  • Hospitality/Direct cruise industry experience required
  • 8 years Financial Analysis, Reporting and Planning experience
  • Leadership experience required
